EnerQuest’s primary operating focus is the Travis Peak gas reservoir in the Nacogdoches, Shelby and Rusk County areas with operating wells at 2007 year end in excess of 50, producing more than 17,000 mcf/day. We have drilled and completed 47 Travis Peak wells in the last four years and are planning to drill 18 more in 2008. The EnerQuest Irwin No. 10 Well, completed in March 2008, was the seventh Travis Peak well completed on a 680 acre unit southeast of Garrison and, after one month, is producing around 1,175 mcf/day, 45 barrels of oil per day on a 14/64 choke at 2050# flowing pressure in a 700# line. EnerQuest Corporation and its sister company, EQX, Ltd., enjoy a leasehold position in excess of 25,000 acres for future drilling and are constantly acquiring additional leases for their portfolio.
EnerQuest is actively seeking both producing and non-producing properties in the Ark-La-Tex region. As a debt free organization, we possess great flexibility and ability to rapidly close deals.
Our landmen can be reached at our Nacogdoches office regarding leasing questions and bonus payments. |
